How We Help

Screenings for Your Organization
Our speech-language pathologists are available to provide speech-language screening services to schools, daycare centers, and pediatrician offices. We offer a standardized screening for children ages three and older. Contact us today to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our directors. Please call or text 847-821-1237 or send an e-mail to hello@cslclinic.sprucecare.com.

Language Therapy
Language disorders can be classified as receptive, expressive, or a mix of both. Receptive language disorders impact one's comprehension (e.g., following directions, understanding concepts, etc.) Expressive language disorders impact one's expression (e.g., weak vocabulary, difficulty stating needs and thoughts, etc.). At CSLC, we can help you with all types of language disorders. Contact us today to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our directors. Please call or text 847-821-1237 or send an e-mail to hello@cslclinic.sprucecare.com.

Workshops and Presentations
Our speech-language pathologists are available to provide workshops and/or presentations. We have presented to groups of school teachers, speech-language pathologists and parent groups on a variety of topics. Contact us today to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our directors to discuss your needs. Please call or text 847-821-1237 or send an e-mail to hello@cslclinic.sprucecare.com.

Teletherapy
For many reasons, sometimes face-to-face sessions are just not possible. Teletherapy or Telepractice refers to "real-time" therapy with the use of video conferencing platforms while the client and the speech-language pathologist are in separate locations. CSLC utilizes a secure, HIPAA compliant, video conferencing platform in order to maintain quality speech-language services for all of our families. Contact us today to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our directors. Please call or text 847-821-1237 or send an e-mail to hello@cslclinic.sprucecare.com.

Speech Therapy
Speech sound disorders with no known cause can be classified as articulation or phonological disorders. Articulation disorders focus on errors (e.g., distortions and substitutions) in production of individual speech sounds. Phonological disorders focus on predictable, rule-based errors (e.g., fronting, stopping, and final consonant deletion) that affect more than one sound. At CSLC, we can help you with both. Contact us today to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our directors. Please call or text 847-821-1237 or send an e-mail to hello@cslclinic.sprucecare.com.
